Entries received after the postmark of June 1st will
be charged and extra fee of $5.00 per class with the exception of Youth classes
and PMC classes.

ARRIVAL TIME:
NO arrivals before 5:00 p.m. on 7/11 without Prior Approval.
All participation horses must be AMHR
registered. All horses must be measured
by the AMHR Steward or present a current measurement slip documenting
measurement by an official AMHR Steward within the last 60 days or a permanent
measurement card for miniatures 3 years & older showing one measurement for
2008. Stalls are $26.00 and include one
bag of shavings. Showing from the
trailer is encouraged and there is no charge.
Camper hook-ups are $25.00 per night.
Valid AMHR registration, Coggins dated 2008; Youth and Amateur numbers
must be provided. Out of state horses
must bring original coggins report (within one year). Foals six months and younger do not require a
coggins. Make checks payable to:

STABLING:
Barns have box stalls. ONLY two
horses per stall permitted.
Additional shavings available @ $6.00 per bag. Stall fee of $26.00
Includes one bag of shavings.
Exhibitors staying at the fairgrounds
Saturday night must pay an additional $20.00 per stall used fee.
ARENA:
Outdoor arena – Show runs rain or shine.
Covered arena if needed.
CAMPING:
Camper permits are $25.00 per night.
Bathrooms and showers are
Available. Saturday night campers
will be charged an additional
$25.00.
FOOD STAND: A
concession stand will be open during the show.
SMOKING: NO

GENERAL
RULES AND INFORMATION:
This show is accredited and conducted under the 2008
rules and regulations of the American Miniature Horse Registry.
All horses must be registered with the American
Miniature Horse Registry.
This show is triple judged. Each judge will award points and awards.
Ribbons will be awarded 1st to 6th
place. Championship ribbons will be
awarded in Junior/Senior Champions, Grand Champions and Champion of Champions.
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SATURDAY NIGHT CAMPING AND
STABLING.
MEASUREMENT:
All horses must be measured before entering the show ring. Horses will be measured in accordance with
AMHR rules, begining at 7:30 a.m. the day of the show.
PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS: Copies of registration papers must be
included with entries. Each horse must
have a current coggins. Out of state
horses must have original coggins papers (within one year).
LIABILITY STATEMENT:
Miniature Horse Classic Association, its officers, officials &
employees will not be responsible for any accident or loss which may occur to
an exhibitor, spectator, guest, driver, groom, attendant or other employee,
animal or equipment at this show. THIS
SHALL BE A CONDITION OF ENTRY TO THIS SHOW OR SHOW GROUNDS.
SHOW POLICY:
Evidence of any cruelty, abuse or inhumane treatment to a horse, in or
out of the ring, will NOT be tolerated by the Show Management and shall result
in disqualification of the horse and that exhibitor for the balance of the
show. The results shall be the forfeiture
of all trophies, ribbons, awards and points for that show. The Show Management will notify ASPC/AMHR of
any such disqualification when the show results are reported.
PRE-ENTRIES:
Pre- entries must be postmarked not later than June 1, 2008.
Pre-entry fees:
$20.00 Regular Classes, $10.00 Youth Classes, $5.00 PMC classes.
POST ENTRIES:
post entices will be accepted up to four classes preceding the class to
be entered.
Post-entry Fees:
$25.00 Regular classes, $10.00 Youth classes, $5.00 PMC classes.
REFUNDS: NO
REFUNDS will be given on any entries or fees.
