Every entry at this MHCA and AMHR santioned show shall constitue an agreement and affirmation that the person making it is the owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver or rider of the above horse. 1. Shall be subject to the rules of MHCA and AMHR. 2. That every horse, rider and/or driver is eligible an entered. 3. That the owner and any of their representative are bound by the rules of MHCA and AMHR and the show grounds, their officials, directors and employees are harmless for any action taken. 4. That the owner, rider/driver and any of their agents or representatives acknowledge that they participate voluntarily in the competition fully aware that equine sports and the competition involve inherent dangerous risk and by particiappation they expressly assume any and all risks of injury or loss an they agree to MHCA, AMHR, the show grounds, the competition, their officials, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any injury or loss from the negilgent acts or omissions of said officers, directors, employees or agents of teh MHCA, AMHR or show grounds.
